Property location & Area description

Acharavi is the biggest village in the municipality of Thinalion. It is in the northern coast, 42 km away from the city of Corfu and at the foot of Pantokrator Mountain, the highest mountain in Corfu with 914m height. Here you can choose among many hotels of all categories as well as villas, studios and apartments. In this region you can find many bars, tavernas and restaurants with Greek and international cuisine.

 

In the ancient times Acharavi was named Ivi. When however the Romans destroyed the area and killed alla its young people, its name was changed to "Acharavi ivi", which means misfortunate youth. Now days Acharavi is a big tourist centre with a big beautiful sandy beach, with many alternative forms of entertainment, water sports and trips to the surrounding areas.

 

Property Description

Situated at the beautiful Acharavi in Corfu within easy transfer distance from the Airport "Vlahos apartments" are available for 54 persons. Located only 20 metre from the large sandy beach with spectacular views over the sea the apartments are surrounded by well maintained gardens containing flowers and tall trees.

From the balconies visitors will be able to see the sunset across the sea and will appreciate the quiet and the atmosphere.

On the beach there are the usual water sports including boats, canoes, pedallos, waterskiing and par ascending as well as sun beds and umbrellas all at reasonable prices.

According to the Greek National Tourism Organisation, here is our cancellation policy:

    * Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. ( we refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)
    * For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.
