" Louisa apartments " is situated near the wonderful, sandy beach of Kontogialos, in Corfu Island - Greece.

The famous Glyfada beach, its only 5 km from our studios, and the traditional village of Pelekas only 2 km.

 

Property Description

The complex of Louisa  apartments is located  in Kontogialos area, near Pelekas only 200 meters from the sandy beach  and provides an amazing  panoramic beach  view !   The complex consists of:

•    Four studio up to 3 adults,
•    one x 2 bedroom apartments up to 5 adults,

The environment is clean, quite, relaxing, and the owners are very friendly. The family own also a mini market on the same complex.

According to the Greek National Tourism Organisation, here is our cancellation policy:

    * Cancellations prior to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. ( we refund the deposit, minus any bank transaction fees)
    * For cancellations after 20 days before arrival amount equal to 30% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * For cancellations at the day of check-in (no-shows) amount equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required.
    * Early departure penalty is equal to 50% of the remaining stay.
