GORGONA

Ipsos is a 2km long beach towards the north of the island which was originally a small fishing village, gradually through the years with careful development has become one of the most modern and ecological holiday towns of its kind. It is actually one of the oldest resorts in the whole of Greece.

It is 15 minutes away from Corfu port - airport and Corfu Town and it is considered to be a lively resort while there are quiet parts of it as well.

Property Description

Daytime you can lay back and sun bake or take advantage of the numerous sports you can do such as: water ski, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, fishing, mountain biking, trekking, paragliding, bodybuilding etc while at night you can either choose to have a meal in one of the many restaurants or just a snack in a fast food place and then have a quiet drink by the beach or a noisy one in one of the bars or clubs.

This place offers you a great amount of choices which sometimes are very contradictive to one another. But that's the beauty of Ipsos. It's the place that will never bore you. It stands nearly in the middle of the island so you can have easy reach to all island amenities, to archaeological sites, to the real greek villages or to the cosmopolitan Corfu Town.

Every other resort is within easy reach as well.

It's a family business, clean, with pleasant, friendly people who are prepared to assist you at all times. Gorgona is situated 200 meters from the coast road of Ipsos and it is a short walk to the nearest beach.
